How Quickly Will I Receive My Order?
Most orders are despatched within 24 hours, Monday-Thursday, with orders placed after 2.00pm on a Friday or over the weekend being despatched on the Monday. We use standard first class post for most items but on occasion may send via Recorded Delivery post which will require a signature on receipt. If you are out and about and do receive a card notifying you that an item could not be delivered please ensure you arrange collection or re-delivery within the allocated timeframe set down by Royal Mail.
I've Not Received My Order?
You will be notified via e-mail when your order has been sent. In most cases your order should arrive within 1-2 days however unless next day delivery has been selected this is not guaranteed by Royal Mail. If your order has still failed to arrived after 5 working days then please notify us although please note that goods are not deemed lost by Royal Mail until a period of 15 working days have passed. If the goods still fail to arrive we can arrange to replace the original order or offer a full refund.
Changed your Mind?
We are happy for you to return goods within 14 days of receipt. In the first instance please advise via the 'Returns' link at the bottom of the site where you will be asked to provide details. This allows us to process your refund without delay when the goods have been received. Any item returned for refund should be in it's original condition, complete with any packaging. We reserve the right to refuse to refund any item returned which has not been properly protected while in the postal system. Proof of posting is available free of charge from any Post Office as proof that an item has been sent. If the returned item fails to arrive with us then it would be for you to seek compensation via Royal Mail for your loss. We do not cover return postage costs. We take all steps to ensure that items are adequately protected while in the postal system and although rare, damage can occur. Should this be the case please advise via the 'Returns' link at the bottom of the site and provide as much information as possible. Thereafter please return the item(s) to the address noted below. Depending on the size of the item(s) we will advise on the postal service to use and this will be refunded to you via the original payment method. We will not however refund postage not approved in advance by us, hence do not return items using special delivery or any other premium service without our authority to do so. In such cases we will only refund the costs which would have been incurred had the item been sent using 2nd class post.
